Room for Uncertainty is a zone of relaxation, vague and extensible. While painting defines a space, a gesture or a story, it also leaves room for a depth where all possibilities are still open. It is from this regressive space that Cecilia and Margaux's vibrant colours materialise. Here, colour exists for its own sake. Insolent, it seduces us with its behaviour, slipping and repeating itself; it opens onto intimate presences and participates in a dissonant balance. Room for Uncertainty is a celebration that presents an exhibition of paintings that are profound, even jouissive. The material charge and colour juices are zones of intoxication into which the viewer is invited to plunge - or, on the contrary, to breathe.
