A gathering place nestled in the heart of the artist studios, POULL is the restaurant of POUSH. Conceived as a warm, welcoming community space, it is open to artists, visitors, neighbors, and local residents alike. POULL offers all-day service with coffee, cold drinks, natural wines, and craft beers, alongside an affordable selection of savory and sweet dishes. More than just a restaurant, it is a creative playground designed to foster musical exchanges, gatherings, and celebrations by hosting concerts, performances, and talks.

POULL is run by Laetitia Cremadeills, who comes from the House Nation culture. A former record shop clerk, label manager, DJ, and event organizer, Laetitia championed the values of "Peace, Love, Unity, Respect" through her renowned Katapult parties for years. In 2015, this passionate self-taught chef chose to dedicate herself to her other great love: food. After launching a food truck along the Normandy coast and working as a chef in various restaurants, she now infuses her distinct identity into POULL. Her core pillars remain unchanged: deeply comforting food, music, celebration, and an infectious positive energy.
