A new gathering spot nestled in the heart of artist studios and exhibitions, POULL is POUSH’s brand-new canteen. Designed as a warm, family-friendly, 200 m² living space, it invites everyone to feel right at home. Open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 8 pm, POULL offers all-day service featuring coffee, cold drinks, natural wines, and craft beers, alongside affordable sweet and savory options tailored for both artists and passersby. More than just a restaurant, it is a creative playground fostering musical exchanges, connections, and celebrations, regularly hosting concerts, performances, and talks.

At the helm of this unique spot is Laetitia Cremadeills. Originally from Rouen, Laetitia comes from the House Nation culture. As a former record store clerk, label manager, DJ, and event organizer, she long shared the values of "Peace Love Unity Respect" through her famous Katapult parties. In 2015, this passionate, self-taught talent decided to dedicate herself to her other true love: cooking. After launching a food truck on the Normandy coast and serving as head chef in various restaurants, she now infuses her identity into POULL. Her core pillars remain unchanged: deeply comforting food, music, celebration, and a contagious good mood.
