In Le poids du brouillard (The weight of fog), Alexandre Nitzsche Cysne acts as a bridge between encounters, unknown stories woven into the fabric of everyday life and materials.

It's about charting a course to reveal the past, and, in the process, realising that it is possible to follow the lines that lead us to this reality, so ancient yet paradoxically so close. The works are part of a careful and meticulous process, aimed at restoring dignity to what remains, by means of reclamation. These relics, once utilitarian, are now transparent, becoming receptacles of memory that can be moved and made to resonate with a subjective zone between the senses. The result is sculptures, drawings and installations.
