la Parcelle, a new cultural garden at Porte d'Aubervilliers

After several months of construction work, the Parcelle cultural garden will open its doors to the public in spring 2024, and will be inviting visitors to take part in its greening through gardening sessions led by the Vergers Urbains association. Free of charge and open to all, this project, led by le 19M and conceived by a collective of venues and partners, aims to be a link between Aubervilliers and Paris, between the city and nature, plants and people.

la Parcelle is a garden with a cultural vocation, a place where time is regained, where young and old, families, residents and workers from the surrounding neighborhoods are invited to discover a program dedicated to the living, to emerging creation and to the values of craftsmanship.

Associated partners based in the 18th, 19th and Aubervilliers districts of Paris will participate in the life of the site and its programming: La Station-Gare des Mines, POUSH, La Corvée and CENTQUATRE-PARIS. The garden's upkeep and animation will be handled by two players who responsibly support the process of greening the city: Vergers Urbains and the Régie de Quartier Paris 19e.

la Parcelle is a place that, like plants, follows the rhythm of the seasons and nature's cycles. The garden will be open year-round, with activities ramping up over the months, with highlights from late spring through to autumn.
