Galbi is the POUSH canteen. A space for culinary and artistic expression occupied by Studio Mekla, with an open kitchen. It's a cocoon where people can meet and build synergies, and where everyone can find comfort at any time of the day.

POP UP BY CHEF.FES
Several times a month, Studio Mekla invites chefs to cook up a festive evening of sharing plates and a DJ set programmed by Radio POUSH.

PRIVATISATION
Galbi takes care of all projects: privatisations, exhibitions, collaborations... with food as the material of creation and the table as the place of transmission. Quotes on request (galbi.poush@poush.fr).

ABOUT STUDIO MEKLA
Victoria Mekkoui and Iris Texeire set up Studio Mekla - which means "food" in Arabic - to give a clear focus to the artistic expression of chefs. Studio Mekla takes over places and finds its creativity in movement: culinary curation & artistic direction of spaces, moments and stories.
