POUSH invites the Collectif Boîte Noire to present Toast, a play by Victoria Neefs, accompanied by the group exhibition "À bientôt" ("See You Soon"), and musical performances.

Directed by Louisa Lacroix and Victoria Neefs, Toast follows, in real-time, four flatmates on an evening when everything suddenly changes. Confronted with an overwhelming event, each one locks themselves into denial. But can one truly escape catastrophe by holding it at a distance?

On the occasion of POUSH's relocation, the Collectif Boîte Noire offers two exceptional evenings blending live performance and contemporary art. As the last event before the venue closes, these performances mark a moment of transition.

In echo of the play and the history of the site, the group exhibition "À bientôt", conceived by Éléonore Fichefeux and Victoria Neefs with the support of POUSH, is structured around the play's key themes. Together, the play and the exhibition respond to and enrich each other, resonating around these two simple words: "À bientôt".

Two words carrying a promise: that of a return, a continuation, a bond that does not break. They evoke both the memory of what has just been experienced and the momentum towards what is yet to come.

Each evening aims to be a moment of sharing and conviviality, where the boundaries between disciplines fade and different audiences meet; a space that celebrates reflections, sensibilities, and perceptions.

Between theater, exhibition, and musical performances, Toast closes this chapter of POUSH in a collective gesture focused on the future: saying "À bientôt" is refusing closure; it is saying goodbye without giving up the idea of a future meeting.
