In Spare Memories, Hector Garoscio combines photographs, spare parts, and sound arrangements to drift under the wave of dreams and memories, among the layers of an underground river resurfacing from a world without light. This body of work unfolds as a metaphor for resurgence. With these "augmented ready-mades," he reassembles fragments of the past like the ornaments of a relic.
