Exhibition Liminal.e., Yosra Mojtahedi and Hamid Shams. From 24 to 30 march 2026.

On the occasion of Drawing Week in Paris, POUSH is officializing its collaboration with Galerie Joseph, a network of over 30 exhibition spaces in the Marais.

From March 24 to 30, 2026, POUSH presents duwoshows: artistic encounters designed as dialogues between two artists, sharing a common space where practices intersect and respond to one another.

The LIMINAL.E project unfolds as a drawing that has broken free from paper to inhabit space. Here, the line does not fix itself: it circulates, traverses the architecture, and imprints itself into materials like a shockwave.

In this dialogue between Hamid Shams and Yosra Mojtahedi, the works are not static images but recordings of impacts and pressures. A poem, co-authored by the two artists, runs in pencil across the gallery walls, transforming the partitions into active membranes capable of retaining and transmitting an invisible memory.

Hamid Shams’ work leans toward ceremonial and constraining structures where repetition becomes an experience of endurance, while Yosra Mojtahedi’s fragmented forms float on the threshold between the mineral and the human. Together, they explore the violence of bodies and contexts, not through spectacle, but through the tension of a gesture that refuses to close. Within this field of forces, drawing transforms into volume, suture, or fracture, allowing a constellation of traces to surface upon a skin marked by time.

This project is part of the Duoshows exhibition, which brings together six duo presentations: Anne Le Troter & Margot Pietri, Io Burgard & Jennifer Caubet, Bryce Delplanque & Morgane Ely, Yosra Mojtahedi & Hamid Shams, Misha Gudwin & Ivan Volkov, and Simmon Ballagny & Paul Pinon.
